Hark, the Silent Blogger Updates
I safely returned home from Ellsworth AFB, SD late on the evening of 21 July 2005 after having successfully completed Air Force ROTC Field Training.

Since then I’ve done my damnedest to do as little as possible. When one returns from an environment wherein one is told when to wake up and when to sleep, when to shower, what to wear, when to speak, when to sit, and when and what to eat, I think taking a little time to be as unproductive as possible is wholly warranted.

Not that I’m justifying my lazy ass-ness.

Oh, I’m in the market for a new cell phone, and am open-minded to considering a new service plan. Any good deals out there?

Congratulations, and welcome to the POC. You'll find a great deal more work to be done but I think the rewards from it reflect the work you put in.

I took five days off work when I got back and just lazed around. You totally deserve some time off, no question about it.

Thanks for your comment; I'm looking forward to inching a little closer to that commission by pinning on the prop and wings, and am certainly able and willing to put in the extra effort that goes with the extra work.

Let the time off roll on...

I can definately understand your wanting to take some time off, especially with how you busted up your ribs during the training.

Welcome back, and enjoy your respite.

Thanks. I'll throw one back for you tomorrow at the pool.

Stay away from the bastards at cingular..

in fact.....just start up your very own cell phone service...that's the only way you can get out of being screwed over in some way or another.

I'm leaning slightly in favor of U.S. Cellular. Any experience with them?
